For the best critical thinkers, multiple theses. To generate new intuitions ask What is the opposite of this? What is this in different words? Oh yes. To the wise person a foolish proposition can be a great inspiration to create a positive thesis.

Agreed. Management consultants are similar to therapists. Not a precise or pure science, but based on scientific methodologies… and a whole lot of industry and management mastery. To oversee management consultants, it requires people with extensive experience and education.
